Namaskarams to Goddess Durga

This is a song composed by me - in celebration of
mathematical (Euler) constant e and at the same time praying to Durga in
Sembakkam. (Thanks to Mrs. Janaki Krishnamoorthy)

sixth line refers to 28 as a perfect number (sum of proper divisors is
the number)
third fourth fifth and sixth line gives the digits of e as 2.71828


சிறு ஈயும் பெரு யானையும் யாவும் அனைத்தும் உனதல்லவோ?
அம்மா நீயல்லவோ அந்த கணிதத்து ஈயின் சாரம்!

இரண்டு கையால் கூப்பி வணங்குகிறேன்;
ஏழு கணடங்களும் தொழும் உனக்கு என் நமஸ்காரம்.
பதினெட்டுக் கைகள் உடையவளை நமஸ்கரிக்கிறேன்.
பரிபூர்ண இருபத்தி எட்டும் நீ; பூஜ்யமும் நீயே!

ஈசனின் இடது பக்கம் இருப்பவளே!
ஈ என்று அசட்டு சிரிப்புடைய, இந்தத்
தோரயப் பித்தனுக்கு, ஈவு இரக்கம் காட்டுவாயோ?
