32 Names of Durga, Durga Dvatrinsh Nammaala

Durga has been praised with thirty two names in this Sanskrit Namaavali. There is a detailed meaning given here for this Sanskrit prayer. Here is a nice rendition of this prayer (Maa Durga Nama Mala)in youtube.

I will give the whole Sanskrit Stotram so that you can follow the song. Then each stanza will be presented in Itrans version, Devanagiri, English translation and Tamil translation.

दुर्गा दुर्गार्तिशमनी दुर्गपद्विनिवारिणी।
दुर्गम्च्छेदिनी दुर्ग्साधिनी दुर्ग्नाशिनी॥१॥

दुर्ग्तोद्धारिनी दुर्गनिहन्त्रि दुर्गमापहा।
दुर्गमज्ञानदा दुर्गदैत्यलोकदवानला॥२॥

दुर्गमा दुर्गमालोक दुर्गमात्मस्वरूपिणी।
दुर्गमार्गप्रदा दुर्गमविद्या दुर्गमाश्रिता॥३॥

दुर्गमज्ञानसंस्थाना दुर्गम्ध्यान भासिणी।
दुर्गमोहा दुर्गमगा दुर्गमार्थस्वरूपिनी॥४॥

दुर्गमासुरसंहन्त्री दुर्गमायुधधारिणी।
दुर्गमाङ्गी दुर्गमता दुर्गम्या दुर्गमेश्वरी॥ ५॥

दुर्गभीमा दुर्गभामा दुर्गभा दुर्गदारिणी।
नामावलिमिमाम् यस्तु दुर्गाया मम मानवः॥ ६॥

पठेत् सर्वभयान्मुक्तो भविष्यति न सम्शयः ॥

1. தொல்லைகளை நீக்குபவளே 2. தொல்லைகளை அமைதியாக ஆக்குபவளே 3. தொல்லைகலின் கஷ்டங்க்ளை நீக்குபவளே 4. தொல்லைகளை வெட்டுபவளே 5. தொல்லைகளின் ஒழுங்கு முறைக்குக் கொண்டு வருபவளே 6. தொல்லைகளை ஒழிப்பவளே

9. Who measures difficulties
10. Who makes difficulties unconscious
11. Who destroys the world of difficult thoughts.

7. தொல்லைகளை துரிதாமக நீக்குபவளே 8. தொல்லைகளை சிதைவு செய்பவளே 9. தொல்லைகளின் அளவை கண்டு பிடிப்பவளே 10. தொல்லைகளை உணவர் விழச்செய்பவளே 11. தொல்லைகளின் எண்ணஙலை ஒழிப்பவளே

English Translation:

29. Who is terrible to difficulties.
30. The lady to difficulties
31. Who illuminates difficulties
32. Who cuts off difficulties.

29. தொல்லைகளுக்கு கொடூரத்தை கொடுப்பவளே 30. தொல்லைகளுக்கு குல மகளே 31. தொல்லைகளுக்கு ஒளி காட்டுபவளே 32. தொல்லைகளை வெட்டுபவளே

English Translation:

Whoever will recite this garland of the names of Durga the reliever of
difficulties, will be relieved from every type of fear with out doubt.

இந்த தொல்லைகளை நீக்கும் துர்கையின் பெயர்கலை சொல்லுகிரார்களோ அவர்களுக்கு தொல்லைகள் வராது.
